How it Works:
Connect Todoist: To initiate bidirectional task syncing, users must first connect their Todoist account to Pleexy.
Source App Integration: Once Todoist is connected, users can integrate their source apps with Pleexy. Source apps refer to the applications or platforms where tasks are initially created. For example, if a user receives an email on their Outlook account, Pleexy can be integrated with Outlook to capture and sync that email as a task.
Task Creation: Once the initial setup is complete, users gain the flexibility to create tasks in Todoist directly from their preferred source app. Whether it's an email client like Outlook, a popular note-taking app such as Evernote or OneNote, a team collaboration platform like Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Basecamp, Monday, Jira, or even customer support tickets from Zendesk, Pleexy enables users to establish connections for each source app. These connections seamlessly bring tasks from these diverse sources into Todoist, ensuring a centralized task management experience.
Real-Time Syncing: Once a task is created in Todoist, Pleexy automatically syncs the task between both the source app and Todoist. This bidirectional syncing ensures that any modifications, updates, or completion status changes are mirrored in real-time across both platforms.
Synchronization Process: Pleexy continually monitors both the source app and Todoist for changes and triggers the synchronization process when a new task is created or updates are made.
