Pleexy's Natural Language feature is designed to recognize various date formats, labels, and priority levels, all through simple text commands. By leveraging this technology, Pleexy enhances productivity and ensures that your task list is always up-to-date and organized.

Once you have activated this feature, you can create your tasks from OneNote with a specific date, label, and priority - just like you'd do it directly in Todoist.

How to add a date

For dates, you can write when you want the task to be created.

โš ๏ธ Important information

Pleexy doesn't sync recurring dates, so prompts like "every Tuesday" won't work with this feature

How to add a label

Just add "@" before any word that you'd like to use as a task label

In OneNote, I wrote:

And the resulting task in Todoist was:

Advanced features

But that's not all. Because we all have different needs and come from different places with special rules, we also created some advanced settings to help you set up this feature to fit your needs.

You can choose to customize:

  • The language you use with your Todoist so that it identifies

  • If you want to sync priority and labels

  • The date format you use

This will help you take full advantage of this feature.

We hope you get up and running with this. And remember, if you have any questions or comments, contact us via the in-app chat. We're happy to help ๐Ÿ˜Š
